Troubleshooting
Can’t calibrate the
touch screen, change
the date/time or adjust
the volume.
AppLock is installed and running on the mobile device. AppLock
restricts User access to running programs. Changes or modifications
require Administrator access.
Refer to the “MX7 Reference Guide”, “Chapter 4 - AppLock” for
setup and processing information.
RFterm opens and runs
upon each cold reset
and warm reset.
Tap File | Exit to close the RFTerm application.
The Login utility waits
for a login name before
the MX7 can continue.
Refer to the MX7
Reference Guide for
complete information.
If the LXE Login Utility has
been installed, a login screen is
presented to the user after a
return from Suspend, a warm
reset and a cold reset. Type the
login name and tap OK to
continue. Tap Cancel to use the
previously entered user name.
Note: This option should only
be used by Odyssey Clients.
