Switching Reports On/Off
Some of these reports can be switched on or off.
To switch a report on or off, do the following. (See page 184 if you need more
information about the User Parameter Settings adjustment procedure).
1. Function 6 2 2 2 2 6 3 and Yes.

The settings for switch 0 are now
shown on the bottom line of the display.
3. Press until the settings for switch 03
are shown.
Each digit from 0 to 7 controls one of
the reports (except digit 1) as follows.

4. If you wish to change a setting, press the appropriate key on the keypad. For
example, to change digit 2, press 2 of the ten key pad.
5. Finish: Yes and Function.
Note: To switch the Confidential File Report on or off, use Function 63 (see
page 83).
To switch the Error Report on or off, contact a service technician.
