Notes:
• Tell the operator which service you require: Police, Fire, or Ambulance. Tell them
where you are and remain stationary to maintain contact if possible.
• Due to the nature of the cellular system, emergency calls cannot be guaranteed.
You should never rely solely on any wireless device in emergency situations.
HAC Mode
When HAC mode is active, your phone sends the audio signals from your phone
to the telecoil rather than to the microphone of your hearing aid. The HAC setting
only improves the quality of sound transmitted through the earpiece; it does not
affect the speakerphone or a headset.
• It is recommended that you disable Bluetooth functionality when HAC mode is
in use.
• HAC mode consumes additional battery power. Pay close attention to the
battery’s charge level when using HAC mode.
Caution: Do not turn on the HAC setting unless you use a hearing aid with a
telecoil. Using this setting without a hearing aid or with a hearing aid without a
telecoil may be harmful to your hearing.
