PUK code, use the PUK code
to unlock the SIM card.
If you do not have the PUK
code, contact your service
provider.
Unable to enter
information
into the
Address Book
The Address Book’s memory
is already full.
Delete unneeded data from
the Address Book.

Battery will
not charge
The battery or battery charger
is damaged.
Contact the dealer where you
purchased the equipment.
The phone’s temperature is
below 32°F (0°C) or higher
than 113°F (45°C).
1. Move the battery to an
environment where the
temperature is within
operating range.
2. Allow time for the battery’s
temperature to return to
normal before attempting
to charge again.
Poor contact between the
battery and charger.
Check and clean all
connectors to ensure good
contact.
Unusually
short battery
life
Certain phone functions
consume additional battery
power, such as Bluetooth and
HAC mode.
Disable Bluetooth and/or HAC
mode if you are not using
these functions.
Weak network signal.
Turn off the phone until you
reach an area with a strong
network signal.
Phone will not
turn on
