Delete e-mail accounts
You can always remove a POP3 or IMAP e-mail account from your
phone. To delete:
1. On the Home screen, touch the button.
2. Touch .
3. Go to your Inbox.
4. Press the key.
5. Touch .
6. Touch and hold the account you want to delete.
7. Touch .
8. Touch to remove.
4. Slide open the display to reveal
the keyboard.
5. Type your e-mail address and
password to your e-mail account.
6. Touch .
The application will automatically
congure the settings for many
common e-mail services. Before you go
to your Inbox, you can name the account
(if you don’t, your e-mail address will be
used). You are also asked to type your
name as you want it to display on outgoing
messages. You must complete this eld
before you can tap and go to your Inbox.
If your account is not automatically congured, follow the
prompts to type the e-mail server, protocol, and other account
information yourself. After your account settings have been veri-
ed, touch to go to your Inbox.
