Before requesting support, please try to reproduce and isolate the
problem. When you contact the Customer Care Center, call on another
phone (not the Kyocera smartphone) since you may be instructed to
remove the battery or reset the phone. Be ready to provide the following:
■ The name of your service provider
■ The actual error message or problem you are experiencing
■ The steps you take to reproduce the problem
■ The phone’s electronic serial number (ESN). This number is in the
battery compartment underneath the battery. You must remove the
battery to see it.
