My touchscreen appears blank
1. If you’re on a call, when the time period specified in Backlight Settings expires, the screen dims.
Press any key (except Power/End) to restore the normal brightness.
2. One minute after the screen dims, it turns off. Press and release Power/End
to wake up the screen.
Nothing happens when I tap the touchscreen
1. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Screen.
2. On the General tab, select Align Screen.
3. Follow the onscreen alignment instructions, and then press OK.
4. If your LG Incite still doesn’t respond, do a soft (or normal) reset. Find
the Soft reset key which is small hole on the left side of your device
shown in the picture. Use the stylus to press the reset key and hold it
for 3 to 5 seconds. Your device will power off. Press the POWER button,
the device restarts and displays the Today screen.
A soft reset of your device clears all active program memory and shuts
down all active programs.
This can be useful when your device is running slower than normal,
or a program is not performing properly. A soft reset is also necessary
after the installation of some programs. If a soft reset is performed
when programs are running, unsaved work will be lost.
