•If Not charging is displayed, wait for a while, disconnect the charger, plug it
in again and retry. If charging still fails, contact your dealer.
You can use the phone during charging.
3. When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator bar stops scrolling.
Disconnect the charger from the AC wall outlet and the phone.
Switching the phone on and off
Warning: Do not switch the phone on when wireless phone use is prohibited or
when it may cause interference or danger.
Press and hold the power key .
If the phone asks for a PIN or UPIN code or security
code, key in the code and press OK. See also Access
codes on page 16.
If the phone displays Insert SIM card even though the
SIM card is properly inserted, or SIM card not
supported, contact your network operator or service
provider. Your phone does not support 5 Volt SIM cards
and the card may need to be changed.
NORMAL POSITION: Hold the phone as you would any other telephone with the antenna
pointed up and over your shoulder.
