Contacts
All of the entries you make in the
contacts are saved in the internal car kit
phone memory. You can also copy
entries from a SIM card or a compatible
mobile phone that supports Bluetooth wireless technology to
your car kit phone. For further information, see “Download
contacts” on page 56.
For each user profile, up to 500 names can be stored in the car
kit phone memory together with numbers for each name. For
further information, see “Querying the memory status” on
page 36.

If the number of contact entries to be copied from the
memory of a compatible mobile phone via Bluetooth
wireless technology should exceed the available space in
the car kit phone memory, not all of the entries will be
copied.
You can assign up to five phone numbers for each name. When
you select a name from the contact entries, for example, to
make a call, the general number is used by default unless you
select another number.
Searching for names and numbers
You can access the list of names and phone numbers quickly
from the standby display:
a Scroll with to the first letter of the desired name and
press to select it.
a You can now view all the names stored in your contacts list
which start with the letter selected. They are listed in
alphabetical order.
a Scroll with to the desired name in the list.
a To make a call to this person, press .
a To end the call, press .
a To return to the standby display, press .

Erasing contact entries
You can erase one or more names and the related numbers from
the contacts.
a With the display in standby, select the Contacts menu and
press to open the contacts.
a Scroll with to Add contact and press to select
this option.
a Scroll with to the desired option and press to
select it.
a Follow the instructions shown on the display.
