Copying and Printing via IR
Using the phone’s infrared (IR) port, you can
copy names and phone numbers to a compatible
phone or a PC which is running an appropriate
application. You can also print phone numbers
and names from Phone Book on a compatible
printer.
1 Recall the name and phone number to be
copied.
2 Make sure that the other phone or the PC is
set up to receive data via its IR port.
3 Once you are in the Details of the given name
or phone number: Press Options, scroll
with or to Send via IR (to copy
the phone number / name) or Print via
IR (to print names and phone numbers on a
compatible printer) and press Select.
Copying a Name and a Phone Number to Your
Phone from another Phone
To copy names and phone number from another
compatible phone, you need to first set your
phone to receive data through its IR port by en-
tering the Infrared menu (Menu 9). The user of
the other phone should then send the name and
phone number, ‘Business Card’, as de-
scribed above.
Once the name and phone number have been
copied, scroll to Show, Save or Discard, and
press OK.
