Contacts
All of the entries you create in the
contacts are saved in the internal car
phone memory. You can also copy
entries from a SIM card or a compatible
mobile phone that supports Bluetooth wireless technology to
your car phone. For further information, see “Download
contacts” on page 51.
For each user profile, you can store up to 1000 names in the car
phone memory with up to five numbers for each name.
Note
If the number of contact entries you try to copy from the
memory of a compatible mobile phone using Bluetooth
wireless technology exceeds the available space in the
car phone memory, not all of the entries are copied.
When you select a name from the contact entries (for example,
to make a call), the general number is used by default unless
you select another number.
Search for names and numbers
You can access the list of names and phone numbers quickly
from the standby display:
X Scroll right to the first letter of the desired name, and press
.
X You can now view all the names stored in your contacts list
that start with the letter selected. They are listed in
alphabetical order.
X Scroll to the desired name in the list.
X To make a call to this person, press .
X To cancel dialling or to end the call, press .
X To return to the standby display, press .

Add a name
Names and phone numbers are stored in the contacts. To add a
name and the related number to your contacts.
X With the display in standby, press .
X Scroll to Contacts , and press .
X Scroll right to Add contact, and press .
X Enter the name with the alphanumeric keys, and press
to save it.
X Enter the corresponding number, and press to save it.
X To erase a character incorrectly selected, press .
