If the alarm time is reached while the phone is switched off, the phone switches itself on and starts sounding the
alarm tone. If you press Stop, the phone asks whether you want to activate the phone for calls, Switch the phone
on?. Press No to switch off the phone or Yes to make and receive calls.
Note: Do not press Yes when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it may cause interference or danger.
Calendar
The calendar helps you to keep track of reminders, calls that you need to make, meetings, and
birthdays.
The calendar uses shared memory, see Shared memory on page 19.
Press Menu, and select Organiser and Calendar.
Tip: To quickly open the Calendar menu, press in standby mode.
Scroll to the day you want. The current day is indicated by a frame around the day. If there are any
notes set for the day, the day is in bold type. To view the day notes, press View. To view a week, press
Options and select Week view.
To view a single note, scroll to the note you want to view, press View. The note view allows you to
view the details of the selected note. You can scroll through the note.
For example, there are also options for making a note, or for sending a note via IR, Bluetooth
wireless technology, or as a note directly to another compatible phone’s calendar or as a text
message or a multimedia message.
There are options for deleting, editing, moving and repeating a note and for copying a note to
another day.
