Select a bookmark of the WAP service by pressing Menu, Services, and Bookmarks. Then select a
bookmark. Note that with some service settings the bookmarks may not work.
Key in the address of the WAP service by pressing Menu, Services and Go to address. Key in the
address of the WAP service, press for special characters, and press OK. Note that it is not
necessary to add the prefix http:// in front of the address since it will be added automatically.
3. Start browsing the pages of a WAP service. See General guidelines for using the phone keys on page
72.
4. End the connection to the WAP service by pressing Options and Quit. Confirm the action.
Alternatively, press . The phone terminates the connection to the WAP service.
5. If you have used a service that required some personal information, and do not want anyone else
accessing the information, you may need to clear the cache memory by selecting Menu, Services,
and Clear the cache. If you want to clear the cache memory when a WAP connection is in progress,
selectOptions and Clear the cache.
Note: The information or services you have accessed are stored in the cache of your phone. A cache is a
buffer memory, which is used to store data temporarily. If you have tried to access or have accessed
confidential information requiring passwords (for example, your bank account), empty the cache of your
phone after each use.
