All syslog messages will include:
• Date and time (to 1/100th of second) since handset power on (The
handset time is set when it is powered on to Jan-1 00:00.00 GMT
adjusted. If it has obtained a time from the network time server,
that time will display instead.)
• Handset’s MAC address
• Handset’s IP address
• Sequence number
