5.2.1 Connecting to the Internet
This procedure is in two phases:
- Configuring access to the Internet (PPPoA or PPPoE) (steps 1 to 8),
- Connecting to the Internet proper (steps 9 and 10).

Click the
(Apple) menu in the
menu bar,
select the "System Preferences"
submenu from the drop-down list, and
click the "Network" icon.
