Enter text
You can enter text by selecting characters on the virtual
keypad or by inputting handwriting on the screen. To enter
text in a specific language, you need to change the writing
language to one of the supported languages.
Change the keyboard type
You can change the type of keyboard that you use to enter
text.
To use the mobile tracker:
1. Tap and hold the text input field
2. Select
Input method
.
3. Select a keyboard type:
Swype
or
Samsung keypad
.
Enter text using the Swype keyboard
You can enter text by dragging your finger over the
keyboard from one letter to another until the word is
complete. The word is displayed in the text input field as you
drag your finger over the keyboard.
To use the Swype keyboard:
1. Select the first character of a word and drag your finger
to the second character without lifting your finger from
the screen.
2. Continue to drag your finger from letter to letter until you
have finished spelling out the word.
