2. Press the [Selection] button for the
[DIRECTORY] menu on the Fixed
Feature Menu screen.

Press the [Selection] button for the
directory menu to be searched:
[PERSONAL DIR], [SYSTEM DIR]
or [STATION DIR].
z These are your personal numbers,
system numbers or station
(extension) numbers

Enter the first letter of the desired name
(using the dial buttons)* and press the
[TVolumeS] buttons to search for the
name.
5.
When name appears, press the [Selection]
button for [DIAL] to dial the number.
Begin speaking when the called party answers.
*To enter characters, refer to ‘Entering Characters’ in Things You
Should Know.
It is possible to move directly to the directory you require without
having to select it. Ask your system administrator for details.
