• By Name: Search the Phonebook alphabetically by name.
Enter the name of the person as they are entered in your
Phonebook (last name first, etc.).
•
By Entry: Search the Phonebook by entry number.This is the
same number assigned to Speed dial (002, 003, etc.)
• By Group: Search the Phonebook by selecting from one of
the five available groups. This option only works if you’ve added
entries to one of the groups.
•
SIM Only: Search for entries on the SIM card (only).
More information on each of these methods is available in
the following sections.
By Name
1. Enter the name of the person as they are entered in your
Phonebook. For example, if you saved the name as Amy
Smith, begin the search by pressing (for “A”). As
you enter characters, the closest matches to the
characters that you enter appear in the display.
2. When the desired entry appears in the display, highlight
the entry using the navigation key.
3. Press to dial the number associated with the
name.
4. Press to view information about the entry.
5. Press the left soft key ( ) Option to display the
options listed in the following table
• Edit: Edit details of the highlighted name.

Delete: Erase the name and associated information.
6. Use the navigation key to highlight an option, then press
to enter the highlighted option’s sub menu.
