Character support: allows you to choose a character
type from
GSM-alphabet
,
Uni-code
, or
Automatic
. If you select
Uni-code
and your
recipient’s phone does not support it, your recipient
may not be able to read your message.
Memory status
You can check the amount of memory being used
and the amount remaining for messages.
The following options are available:
MMS
: shows the total space, including the free and
used space, and how much space is currently
occupied by each message box. Press the Up or
Down key to scroll through the screen.
SMS
: shows the number of messages currently
stored and the total number of messages you can
store in the SIM, Phone, and CB memories.
