6.4 Transferring files using the USB cable
When you connect your phone to a PC using the USB cable, you can view the phone’s
Memory Stick as a drive on the PC. Your phone has to be turned on.
Note:
When using USB, make sure you only use the USB cable that comes with the phone.
You can use the drag-and-drop functionality in your PC to:
• Transfer files from the phone to the PC.
• Transfer files from the PC to the phone.
• Move and organize files on the Memory Stick Duo.
• Delete files from the Memory Stick Duo.
Note:
Your PC needs to have one of the following operating systems to be able use this
feature: Windows® 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP and Mac OS X.
