Calendar 8.1
You can use the calendar to keep track of important meetings that you need to attend.
The calendar can be synchronized with a PC calendar or with a calendar on the Web
%126 Synchronizing.
Appointments
You can save up to 300 appointments depending on the size of each item. You can choose
to add a new appointment or use an old one as a template by copying and editing it. You
can also set a reminder for an appointment.
To add a new appointment
1. } Organizer } Calendar and highlight the date for the appointment } Select
} New appointment } Add.
2. Enter date, subject, location and reminder. Confirm each entry.
To view an appointment
1. } Organizer } Calendar and select a day on which you have an appointment
(marked in bold).
2. Scroll to the appointment } View.
3. } More for options to reschedule, edit, send, copy or delete.
Find an appointment
You can search for appointments that contain a specific text.
View next appointment in the
external display
When the phone is closed,
simply press the volume
button from standby.
