calls to anyone on O2. B4B unlimited off-peak - unlimited off-peak calls to O2, other UK mobiles and landlines. Offpeak hours are 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday and weekends.
From 27 April 2007 B4B Unlimited and Unlimited Off-Peak Bolt Ons will only be available with B4B Pay as You Use. B4B Pay as You Use plan continues unchanged.

thousand pounds a valid purchase order is require from the customer. The purchase order must be dated, detail the order and have the registration number (where applicable) as well
as the name and position of the signatory, please then fax the purchase order to the commissions team on 020 8731 4450. ATUK reserves the right to withhold large price plan
commissions for up to 90 days. All MMS handsets must be O2 configured and purchased from ATUK in order to receive full payment. All customers with 75+ handsets must have a
corporate contract in place prior to connection. Please contact our Client Services team for information. Volume and accelerator bonuses are now payable on data/BlackBerry connections.
At the point of upgrading or re-signing a customer, you will be issued with a band reference in addition to the URN code. These bands are based on
your customers tenure and spend (average of their last six months invoices including VAT) and identifies the level of commission you will be paid.
