2. Select the type of test you want to perform.
3. Perform the measurements on the analyzer as usual.
4. Click Get Curves to get the measurement curves from the analyzer.
5. Click
Save.
8.7.2 If you have a FONIX analyzer and FONIX audiometer
If you have a FONIX analyzer and a FONIX audiometer, the fitting process is
slightly different.
8.7.2.1 Create the client information in NOAH 3.
1. Create new client file in NOAH 3.
2. Open the WinCHAP module in NOAH 3. See Section 8.2.2.
3. Click Export Client to WinCHAP
.
4. Click Start WinCHAP
. This will open the Test Menu in WinCHAP.
8.7.2.2 Create audiogram in WinCHAP
1. Click on the client’s name in the right column of the Test Menu.
2. Click Audiometric Test
.
3. Create the client’s audiogram. See Chapter 5 for more details.
To enter the hearing aid into the WinCHAP database and save the measurement
curves, see Sections 8.7.1.3 and 8.7.1.4. To export the WinCHAP audiogram into
NOAH 3, follow the directions found in Section 8.4.
