SYSTem:COMMunicate:SERial:CONTrol:RTS?
Sets or queries the operation of the RTS/CTS lines. A value of OFF sets the
outgoing RTS line low and ignores the incoming CTS line. A value of ON sets
the outgoing RTS line high and ignores the incoming CTS line. A value of
IBFull or RFR specifies that the two lines are used for hardware flow control.
