You can synchronize your phone with
your computer or Exchange account
to keep your in-box and calendar up-to-
date in both locations (page 89 and
page 90).
Using the Calendar
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Use any of the following options:
Touch to add an
appointment.
Touch to view to the
current day. The number in the
circle is the current day of the
month.
Touch to view your
upcoming appointments.
Touch to view the daily
calendar.

Touch to view the monthly
calendar. The current day is
circled in red.
Touch or to change the
day or month.
Creating an Appointment
1. From the application tray, touch
Calendar.
2. Touch .
3. Touch Subject, enter a subject, and
touch Done.
4. Touch Location.
5. Select an option to enter a location:
Enter the full address or location
name, and touch Done.
Touch Add Location, nd a
location, and touch Select this
Location > Done.
6. Select the duration of the
appointment:
Select a start and end time.
