INFOCOMM INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF

OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT

WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MARKETABILITY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT.
