ROAD SAFETY COMES FIRST
Don’t use a hand-held phone while driving; park the vehicle first.
SWITCH OFF IN HOSPITALS
Switch your phone off near medical equipment. Follow any regulations or
rules in force.
SWITCH OFF IN AIRCRAFT
Wireless phones can cause interference. Using them on aircraft is illegal.
SWITCH OFF NEAR BLASTING
Don’t use your phone where a blasting operation is in progress. Observe
restrictions, and follow any regulations or rules in force.
SWITCH OFF WHEN REFUELLING
Don’t use the phone at a refuelling point or near fuels or chemicals.
MAKING CALLS
Ensure the phone is switched on and in service. Enter the phone number,
including the area code, then press (
Call). To end a call press
(
End). To answer a call press (Answer).
EMERGENCY CALLS
Ensure the phone is switched on and in service. Press and hold for sev-
eral seconds to clear the display. Enter the emergency number and press
(
Call). Give your location. Do not end the call until told to do so.
USE SENSIBLY
Use only in the normal position (to ear). Don’t touch the antenna unnec-
essarily.
ACCESSORIES AND BATTERIES
Use only approved accessories and batteries. Do not connect incompatible
products.
CONNECTING TO OTHER DEVICES
When connecting to any other device, read its user’s guide for detailed
safety instructions. Do not connect incompatible products.
