Remove the SIM card
Got a new SIM card? Learn how to remove the previous card from your phone.
1. Switch the phone off.
2. Unlock and pull out the holder.
3. Pull the card out of the holder.
Insert the memory card
Learn how to insert the memory card.
Use only compatible memory cards approved for use with this device. Incompatible cards may
damage the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
Tip: Use the SIM door key to unlock the memory card holder. If you lose the key, you can use a
paperclip.
1. Push the key into the hole until the holder is released, and pull the holder out.
2. Make sure the contact area is facing down, and put the card in the holder.
