Common (Menu 2-7-2)

The settings in this submenu apply
to all text messages that you send,
irrespective of the chosen set. The
available settings are: Delivery
reports, Reply via same centre,
Character support.
Select Delivery reports to request
the network to send delivery
reports on your messages
(network service).
Select Reply via same centre to
allow the recipient of your
message to send you a reply
message via your message centre
(network service).
Select Character support and
then Unicode to send messages
that contain Russian characters
or special characters, such as ñ,
used in Romance and Slavic
languages. The receiving phone
has to be able to display Unicode
characters and your network has
to support this function.
Info service (Menu 2-8)
This network service allows you to
receive messages on various topics,
such as traffic conditions, from the
network. For details, contact your
service provider.
Select On to receive messages on the
active topics. Topic index sets the
phone to receive a list of available
topics from the network.
Select Topics to mark the topics as
active or inactive, add a new topic to
the topic list, or edit or erase the
existing topics on the list.
Select Language to choose the
language for the messages. Only
messages in the selected language
will be shown.
Voice mailbox number
(Menu 2-9)
You can save the phone number of
your voice mailbox (network
service). Key in the number and press
(OK).

Service command editor
(Menu 2-10)
You can send service requests to
your service provider. Key in the
desired characters. Press and hold
to switch between letters and
numbers. Press (Send) to send
the request.

assumed that only one set is available.
