Using the cutter to
create cut-out covers
With the cutter you can create your
own front and back ’cut-out covers’
for your Nokia 3205 phone. For
example, you can create a cut-out
cover from a picture that you have
taken using the camera in your
Nokia 3205 phone and printed using
a standard printer.
There is a separate cutter for the
front (1) and back (2) cut-out covers.
The cutter has two parts, the
perforator (3) and the base (4). The
pictures show these parts for the
cutter of the front cut-out cover.
Note: Use only normal, plain
paper used in standard
printers (weight 60-135
g/m
2
) that is no thicker than
0.1 mm. Colours or ink used
in the paper must not
contain metal particles.
Creating cut-out covers
If you want to cut out a picture
printed on a large sheet, first remove
surplus paper with, for example, a
scissors.
To make a front or back cut-out
cover:
1. Remove the rubber strap that is
around the cutter.
2. Make sure that the perforator
and the base are hooked together
from the top (1).
3. Place the cutter on a flat, stable
surface, for example a table.
4. Place a paper sheet in the correct
position inside the cutter.
Position the perforator over the
base so that the catch at the
bottom of the base (see the blue
area in picture 1) is aligned with
the corresponding slot in the
perforator.
