• If you set the time format to 24-hour, the time is set as soon as you
press OK after adjusting the time.
Display the clock
1 Press Menu 4 > 2 > 1 (Settings > Phone settings > Clock).
The clock appears on the screen and stays there until you choose to
hide it.
2 If you decide not to display the clock, press Select, then Hide clock,
then Select.
Select the time format
You can change the way your clock shows the time, whether in am/pm
format or using a 24-hour clock.
1 Press Menu 4 > 2 > 1 (Settings > Phone settings > Clock).
2 Use or to scroll to Time format and press Select.
3 Use [graphic] or [graphic] to scroll to either am/pm or 24-hour and
press OK.
• ADD A WELCOME NOTE
You can set your phone to display a welcome note each time you switch
on your phone. This note could say, for example: Hello. It could include
your name, a reminder, or more. The maximum length of this note is 45
characters.
1 Press Menu 1 > 3 (Messages > Welcome note).
2 Enter the text of the welcome note.
As you enter characters, they appear to the left of the cursor. Press Clear
to delete characters to the left of the cursor. Press [graphic] or [graphic]
to move the cursor right or left.
3 Press Options.
4 Use [graphic] or [graphic] to scroll to Save and press OK.
