EXCLUDE AN E-MAIL ADDRESS FROM REPLY ALL
ActiveSync can help you manage your e-mail by ignoring a specified
e-mail address when you reply to all senders from the phone. If you
specify your own primary e-mail address, this can reduce the number of
e-mails you receive by ensuring that you do not receive your own e-mail.
1 In the phone home screen, press Start > All Programs >
ActiveSync > [O].
2 Press Menu >Options.
3 Select E-mail > Settings.
4 Press Menu > Advanced > [O].
5 Enter the e-mail address you want to remove when replying to all
senders in primary e-mail address.
