Vibration: the phone vibrates but does not ring.
Vib+Melody: the phone both rings and vibrates.
Light: only the backlight is switched on; the phone
neither rings nor vibrates.
Keytone Ty p e Menu 4-4
This option allows you to select the tone that the
keypad generates when you press a key.
The following options are available.
Off: the keys do not make any sound.
Tone: each key, when pressed, makes a different
sound.
Beep: each key, when pressed, makes the same
sound.
Keytone Vo l u m e Menu 4-5
This option allows you to adjust the key volume to
one of eight levels. Use the and keys on the
left side of the phone.
Message Alert Menu 4-6
This option allows you to select how the phone
informs you that a new message has been received.
The following options are available.
Single: the phone beeps once.
Periodic: the phone beeps at regular intervals.
Light: the light on the top of the phone flashes.
