Organiser
(Menu 7)
1. Scroll up to the date line and press [Left] or
[Right] to access another week.
2. Select the time cell that contains the event you
want.
Today’s event
(Menu 7.3)
Use this menu to view events for the selected date.
Select an event to view its details. The event opens
in Edit mode.
Schedule
(Menu 7.4)
This menu displays the scheduled events. If you
have set the Repeat and Alarm options, the and
icons display.
Select a schedule item to view its details.
Anniversary
(Menu 7.5)
This menu displays anniversaries you have created.
If you have set the Repeat and Alarm options, the
and icons display.
Select an anniversary item to view its details.
Task
(Menu 7.6)
Use this menu to display tasks you have created.
The icons on the right indicate the importance;
for high, for normal, and no indicator for low
priority. A check mark appears in the status check
box if the task has been completed.
Select a task to view its details.
Memo
(Menu 7.7)
Use this menu to create memos and view them.
Entering a memo
1. Press <
Options
> and select
Add new
.
2. Enter the memo text and press [Down].
3. Enter the date.
4. Press <
Options
> and select
Save
.
Viewing a memo
Select a memo to view its details.
While viewing the memo list, press <
Options
> to
access the following options.
•
View
: open the selected memo.
•
Add new
: add a new memo.
•
Delete
: delete the selected memo.
•
Delete all
: delete all memos.
•
Send memo
: send the memo via SMS.
Missed event alarm
(Menu 7.8)
When you are unable to acknowledge an alarm for a
scheduled event or anniversary, the phone displays
a missed alarm notification.
• Press <
View
> to view the corresponding event.
• Press <
Back
>.
