When an alarm sounds
An animated alarm clock appears in the display and an alert
sounds when the specified time for the alarm arrives.
• Press to silence the alarm.
• If the alarm was set as a Daily alarm, the alarm icon
remains in the top of the display.
• If the alarm was set as a Once only alarm, the alarm icon
disappears from the top of the display.
Turn off the alarm
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu, then
press , for Alarm Clock. The following options
appear in the display.
Once
Daily
Off
2. Use the navigation key to highlight Off, then press . All
alarms are turned off.
World Time
World Time allows you to view the time of day or night in
another part of the world. World Time displays time in the 24
different time zones around the world.
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu, then
press , for World Time
. A world map appears in
the display.
2. Use the navigation left/right keys to browse cities and
times. The following cities are supported.
Alaska San Francisco Denver
Chicago/Mexico New York Caracas
Brasilia Mid Atlantic Cape Verde
