6. When the confirming message appears, press

To cancel the deletion, press the

Checking the memory status
You can check how many names and numbers are
stored in Phonebook, in both the SIM card and
phone memories. You can also see the capacity of
both memories.
1. When the idle screen displays, press the
Name
soft key.
2. Select the
Memory status
option by pressing
the Up or Down key and press the
Select
soft
key.
3. Press the Up or Down key to view the number of
existing entries, and the number of spaces still
available in the SIM card and phone memories.
4. When you have finished checking, press the
C
or
key.

Using the service dialling numbers
You can view a list of Service dialling numbers
(SDN) assigned by your network provider. Such
numbers include the emergency, directory
enquiries, and voice mail numbers.
1. In idle mode, press the
Name
soft key.
2. Select the
SDN
option by pressing the Up or
Down key and press the
Select
soft key.
3. Scroll through the numbers by using the Up or
Down key.
4. To dial the number displayed, press the
Dial
soft
key.
Note
: This option is available only when your SIM
card supports Service dialling numbers
(SDN).
