Calling in Lock Mode
You can place calls to 111, Customer Service, and to your special
numbers even if your phone is locked. (See Locking Your
Phoneon page 51.)
To call an emergency number, special number, or Customer
Service, enter the phone number and press . (For
information on special numbers, see Using Special
Numberson page 53.)
Lock Services
With this feature, you can choose to restrict access to the
Internet, incoming and outgoing voice calls, Push 2 Talk calls
or settings.
1. From the Security Menu display, select Others > Lock Services.
2. Select Voice Calls, Internet,or Push 2 Talk.
3. Select Locked.
To deactivate this feature, select Unlocked.
Note: If Voice Calls is locked, making and receiving calls are not
available. (You can only make a call to 111.)
Restricting Calls
You can restrict phone numbers your phone dials or receives.
(Limit Use setting does not apply to 111 or Customer Service.)
1. From the Security Menu display (See Accessing the Security
Menuon page 51), select Others > Limit Use.
2. Select Outgoing Calls or Incoming Calls.
3. Select an option and press .
Allow All to make or receive all calls.
Phone Book Only to make or receive calls to or from
Contacts entries, voicemail, or special numbers only.
Special #s Only to make or receive calls to or from three
special numbers only. (You must register the numbers
beforehand. See Using Special Numberson page 53.)
Note: Restricted incoming calls are forwarded to voicemail.
