Reviewing Voice/Call Memos
1. From the Voice/Call Memo menu display, selectList.
2. Select a memo from the list and press .

Press Options (right softkey) > Play > All to play all voice
memos continuously.

Press Options (right softkey) > Play > Multiple, and select
your desired memos, and press > Play(left softkey).

Press Speed (left softkey) to change the playing speed.

Press Pause (right softkey) to pause. To restart, press
Play (right softkey).

To play the newer/older memo, press the navigation
key left or right.
3. Press to stop playing.
Tip: To set the speakerphone mode on or off, press Options (right
softkey) > Speaker On/Off during step 2 above.
Erasing Voice/Call Memos
To erase an individual memo:
1. From the Voice/Call Memo menu display, selectList.
2. Highlight the memo you want to erase and press Options (right
softkey)> Erase > This > Yes.
To erase all memos:
1. From the Voice/Call Memo menu display, select List.
2. Press Options (right softkey)> Erase > All > Yes to erase all voice
memos saved in the phone.
To erase multiple memos:
1. From the Voice/Call Memo menu display, select List.
2. Press Options (right softkey)> Erase > Multiple.
3. Select the memos you would like to erase and press Erase (left
softkey)> Yes.
Tip: If you select All during step 2 above, you can erase all voice
recordings (voice memos and call memos) saved in the phone.
