Managing Voice/Call Memos
You can use your phones voice services to record meetings or
lectures, or brief memos to remind you of important events,
phone numbers, or grocery list items.
Tip: If Push 2 Talk is set to Disable and the Push 2 Talk service is locked,
you can use the Push 2 Talk/Memo key ( ) as a key to access
Voice/Call Memo menu in standby mode. You can also use it to record
memos or to end recording of memos.
Displaying Voice/Call Memo Menu
Select > Tools > Voice Memo.

Recording Voice Memos
To record a voice memo:
1. From the Voice/Call Memo menu display, select Record.

Press and hold .
2. Start recording after the beep.
To end the recording of your memo:
Press , , or .
Note: Your phone can store up to 999 voice memos. The total recording
time depends on the available memory space on your phone.
Tip: You can record a voice memo with the phone closed if Push 2 Talk is
set to Disable and the Push 2 Talk service is locked.
Recording Call Memos
1. During a call, press Options (right softkey) > Tools >
Call Memo Rec.
or
Press and hold .
2. Start recording after the beep.
3. To finish recording, press or .
Recording also stops when the call is disconnected.
Note: Only the other party’s voice is recorded during this process.
