Messaging
To receive and read email messages
1 Select Messaging } Email } Inbox.
If the inbox is empty } Send&rec.
If the inbox is not empty } More
} Send & receive.
2 New messages are downloaded, select a message
} View to read it.
To reply to an email message
1 Open the email message } Reply.
2 Write your message } More to view options.
3 } OK } Continue } Send to send the message.
To save an item or attachment found
in an email message
• To save an email address, a phone number or
a Web address, select the item } More and select
to save the item.
• To save an attachment, select the message } More.
Select the attachment } Save.
To save email messages
• Select one message } More } Save message. The
message is saved in Saved email in the Email menu.
• To save several messages in a folder, select a
message } More } Mark several
. Scroll and } Mark
to select messages. } More } Save messages.
To delete email messages
• To delete a selected message, press
• To delete several messages in a folder, select a
message } More } Mark several. Scroll and }
Mark to select messages. } More } Mark for
deletion. The marked messages are deleted the
next time you connect to your email server.

Groups
Create a group of numbers and email addresses to
send messages to several recipients at the same time.
All email messages are also saved on your email
server.
For IMAP4 users: } More } Clear inbox and select
} With send & rec. or } No send & rec. to delete messages
the next time you connect to your email server.
If you send a text message to a group, you are charged
for each member of that group.
