warranty service, please

What we will do
If, during the warranty peri
od, this Product fails to
operate under normal use an
d service, due to defects
in design, materials or wo
rkmanship, Sony Ericsson
authorised distributors or
service partners, in the
country/region where yo
u purchased the Product,
will, at their option, either
repair or replace the Product
in accordance with the term
s and conditions stipulated
herein.
Sony Ericsson and its serv
ice partners reserve the
right to charge a handling fe
e if a returned Product is
found not to be under wa
rranty according to the
conditions below.
Please note that some of
your personal settings,
downloads or other informat
ion may be lost when
your Sony Ericsson Product is repair
ed or replaced.
At present Sony Ericsson
may be prevented by
applicable law, other re
gulation or technical
restrictions from
making a backup copy of certain
downloads. Sony Ericss
on does not take any
responsibility for any lost
information of any kind and
will not reimburse you for
any such loss
