When transferring Music files from an
online music store, the PC shows a
transfer error even though I still have
space on the phone for the files
Your files are copy protected with
Digital Rights Management (DRM).
Each file requires a license. A transfer
error indicates that your license
database needs to be cleaned up.
After cleaning up files please delete
and an retransfer all your music.
• From standby select Menu > My Stuff
> Options > Memory status > Memory
card > Options > Clean up licenses.
I did not download some of the titles
in my music player. Where did they
come from?
Some content is preloaded into your
phone before purchase and may not
display all of the artist information. For
example, some ringtones that are
preloaded in My Stuff > Music do not
contain any artist information.
