Navigating Screens
Lock the BlackBerry device
If you have set a device password (see page 22), tap
Password Lock
Unlock the BlackBerry device
Tap Unlock and then type your password. Click the
trackpad
Lock the screen
Press the lock key on the top of your device
Unlock the screen
Press the lock key on the top of your device
Return to the previous screen
Press Escape
Return to the Home screen
Press End/Power
Select an item
Tap the item or highlight it and click the trackpad
Select multiple items
Press and hold and slide your finger on the
trackpad
Switch applications
Press and hold Menu
Turn the BlackBerry device on or off
Press and hold End/Power
