The test prints do not

Your software may not be installed
properly for your printer. Make sure the
currently selected printer mode matches
your program’s printer driver.
You may have installed an incompatible
font cartridge. Try the test print again
without the cartridge installed, or with a
different cartridge.
If the problem continues, service by an
authorized Epson Customer Care Center
is needed.
