EFI_SUCCESS The UDP Read operation was completed.

EFI_DEVICE_ERROR The network device encountered an error during this operation.
EFI_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL
The packet is larger than

EFI_ABORTED The callback function aborted the UDP Read operation.
EFI_TIMEOUT The UDP Read operation timed out.
EFI_ICMP_ERROR The UDP Read operation generated an error.
