13.4 Group List Screen
Use this screen to see and edit the calling groups to which your phonebook contacts belong.
" You can also edit this information in the VoIP > Phone Book > Contact List
screen.
Click VoIP > Phone Book > Group List. The following screen displays.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Group List
Group Select the calling group you want to see. The list of group members displays in the
Group List Table.
Group List Table
Item This is the index number of the group member’s list entry.
Number
This is the contact’s phone number.
Name
This is the contact’s name.
Group
Select an entry from the list to move the contact to another group.
Assign
Account
This shows the SIP account the V500 uses to call this contact, or None if you can
use any account to call the contact.
Block
This is selected if the contact is prevented from calling you.
Apply Click this to save your changes.
Reset
Click this to return to the fields in this screen to their last-saved values.
