Your Personal Phone Book 25
When a Memory is Full
If you try to store a phone number and the memory you want to store it in is
full, the phone suggests a position number in the memory that is not full.
When Both Memories are Full
If both memories are full, the phone does not suggest a storage position. If you
still want to store the number, you have to erase an old number by entering a
position that is already occupied and press
YES
.

Note!
If you choose
Erase all from phone
, all phone numbers that are stored with
the phone icon are lost.
Using the Phone Book
There are two ways of using the phone book: you can either call a number by
using the name tag stored with it; or you can call the number by using the
memory position that the number is stored in.
Calling Using the Name

Clear the display.

Enter the name of the person you want to call, or scroll with the arrow
keys until you find it.

Press
YES
to call the number.
Shortcut to Name Recall
The digit keys

correspond to the first names that start with A, D, G, J. M,
P, T and W respectively. For example, press and hold down the

key to find
the first name that starts with a
G.
Then you can scroll with the arrow keys to
find the the name you are looking for. If there is no name stored under G, the
first name under H is displayed, and so on.
