Press the
Left

Right
Navigation key to select from one of the
following:
•
Manual only
: you need to manually set the time zone, time and date.
•
Prompt first
: you are prompted before a time change is applied.
•
Automatic:
the phone automatically updates the time and date
according to the current time zone using the network service.
Important!:
Current time zones are based upon Greenwich Mean Time.
To manually set the time zone, time and date:
1. Highlight the
Time Zone
field and press .
2.
Use the
Left
or
Right
Navigation key to locate a time zone. A
corresponding area of the world map displays.
3.
If Daylight Saving time applies, highlight the
Daylight saving
checkbox and press Check then press
OK
.
4.
Select the
Time
field and enter the time in the following format:
HH:MM. Highlight AM/PM and use the right navigation key to
toggle the setting.
5.
Highlight the
Date
field and enter the date in the following format:
MM/DD/YYYY. Use the left and right navigation keys to move
between settings.
6.
Select the
Time Format
field and press the
Left
or
Right
Navigation key to select the 12hr or 24hr format.
7.
Select the
Date Format
field and press the
Left
or
Right
Navigation key to select a format.
8.
Press
Save
to save your settings.
