Note: Options are available for phone entries that are not available when stored to the SIM card. For details
see "Storing a Number in the Phone’s Memory" on page 37.
Deleting all of the Address Book Entries
You can delete all your entries from your phone’s memory, your SIM card, or both.
1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key. Highlight Address
Book, press the Select soft key or the key.
2. Scroll to Management by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and
press the Select soft key or the key.
3. Highlight Delete All and press the Select soft key or the key.
4. Highlight the memory location you want to empty and press the key.
You can remove the check mark by pressing the key.
5. Press the Delete soft key to delete the entries in the selected memory
location.
6. Enter your phones password and press the OK soft key or the key.
7. When the confirmation message appears, press the Yes soft key or the
key to confirm deletion.
Press the No soft key to cancel deletion.
8. When you are finished, press the key to return to Idle mode.
Checking the Memory Status
You can check how many names and numbers are stored in the Address book, in
both SIM card and the phone memory. You can also see the capacity of both
memories.
1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key. Highlight Address
Book, press the Select soft key or the key.
2. Scroll to Management by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and
press the Select soft key or the key.
3. Select Memory Status by pressing the Up or Down Navigation key and
press the Select soft key or the key.
4. When you are finished viewing your phone’s Memory Status, press the
key to return to Idle mode
