Punctuation Entry
To enter punctuation marks when entering a name in the
Phone Book or a personal greeting:
1. Press repeatedly to scan punctuation options:
• Period ( . )
• Apostrophe ( ’ )
• Comma ( , )
• Left Bracket ( ( )
• Right Bracket ( ) )
•Dash ( – )
• Ampersand ( & )
• “At” Symbol ( @ )
2. When the desired option displays, wait two seconds and
the cursor will move to the next character place, or (if you
just can’t wait) press to move to the next space and
continue the entry.
3. When you’ve finished entering characters, press to
save the entry.
Entering a Pause
To enter a pause, press the key while entering a phone
